Internship Program
Immerse yourself in the world of Tiffany through our U.S. Summer Internship Program. As part of our esteemed Summer 2025 Class, you will embark on an unforgettable ten-week journey that begins with an exclusive two-day orientation in New York City — the birthplace of Tiffany & Co. During the ten weeks, you will delve into the dynamic world of luxury jewelry through on-the-job learning, exploration of the intricate facets of our business, and networking opportunities with Tiffany leaders and fellow interns alike. - Dates: The internship will run from June 2, 2025 to August 8, 2025. Selected interns are expected to be available for work for the entire 10-week program.
- Location: This position will be based out of our Corporate Headquarters in New York, NY.
- Salary: Compensation for this internship will be $25 per hour.
Position Overview
The Global Talent Acquisition Intern will be immersed into our operations and recruitment marketing functions within our center of excellence. During the internship you will be exposed to Talent Acquisition strategic planning, project management, recruitment training, sourcing and recruitment marketing. You will learn from Human Resource leaders, Recruiters, Coordinators, business leaders and cross-functional partners as you participate in various projects throughout your internship.
This position is a hybrid role that is based out of our New York City office.
Key Accountabilities
- Gain an understanding of Tiffany & Co.’s hiring process. Offer solutions to create an efficient, inclusive, and positive candidate, recruiter and hiring manager experience.
- Gain an understanding of the luxury market; Complete competitor analysis and offer strategic and innovative solutions to reach key talents
- Partner with GTA Operations Specialist to build learning content for global recruitment teams. This may include topics of compliance, diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging, and business immersion.
- Review active partnerships with external vendors to report ROI and areas for optimization; identify potential gaps and technologies to enhance automation in the recruitment process.
- Introduction to recruitment marketing and employer branding, including creating recruitment marketing briefs, identifying opportunities for talent and brand connections, updating Company pages (internal and external).
- Partner with Global Talent teams to align internal mobility practices with LVMH – building best practices and promoting internal growth and development.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous HR or Talent Acquisition experience via courses, internships, or other work.
