Internship Program​
Immerse yourself in the world of Tiffany through our U.S. Summer Internship Program. As part of our esteemed Summer 2025 Class, you will embark on an unforgettable ten-week journey that begins with an exclusive two-day orientation in New York City — the birthplace of Tiffany & Co. During the ten weeks, you will delve into the dynamic world of luxury jewelry through on-the-job learning, exploration of the intricate facets of our business, and networking opportunities with Tiffany leaders and fellow interns alike. - Dates: The internship will run from June 2, 2025 to August 8, 2025. Selected interns are expected to be available for work for the entire 10-week program.​
- Location: This position will be based out of our Corporate Headquarters in New York, NY.​
- Salary: Compensation range for this internship will be $35 - $50 per hour.​
Position Overview
As a member of the Category Planning & Analytics team within the Supply Chain organization, the MBA intern is responsible for facilitating reporting and application of data science to further support analytics and dashboard evolution across the organization. The MBA intern will have the opportunity to lead and drive innovative projects to support team development in analytics, key performance indicator (KPI) development and competitive analysis.
Key Accountabilities
- Focus on bringing data to life with development of interactive dashboarding
- Develop and maintain advanced reports using Power BI to visualize key performance indicators
- Partner cross-functionally to understand reporting needs and tailor analytics solutions accordingly
- Weave quantitative measures with qualitative insights, translating complex data into insightful story-telling to inform strategic decision-making
- Lead competitive analysis projects
- Partner with Category Management and Zone leaders to address gaps in current competitive analysis
- Further existing data collection and tools to strengthen discipline and improve efficiency
- Infuse innovation in data mining techniques
- Ad hoc reporting and analytics
- Collaborate with manager and peer team members to address reporting/analytics opportunities and support data transformation
- Participate in team meetings, present findings, and address ad hoc reporting needs
- Identify additional opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains in data transformation and visualization
Required Qualifications
- College degree and in pursuit of MBA degree
- 2+ years of business experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate productively and ability to lead in a team environment
- Strong decision-making skills with demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively
- Operational excellence
- Self-motivation with a strong drive for achievement
- Agility and comfort in working in a highly dynamic environment
- Proficiency in MS Excel and core planning apps
