Internship Program
Immerse yourself in the world of Tiffany through our U.S. Summer Internship Program. As part of our esteemed Summer 2025 Class, you will embark on an unforgettable ten-week journey that begins with an exclusive two-day orientation in New York City — the birthplace of Tiffany & Co. During the ten weeks, you will delve into the dynamic world of luxury jewelry through on-the-job learning, exploration of the intricate facets of our business, and networking opportunities with Tiffany leaders and fellow interns alike. Dates: The internship will run from June 2, 2025 to August 8, 2025. Selected interns are expected to be available for work for the entire 10-week program.
Location: This position will be based out of our Corporate Headquarters in New York, NY.
Salary: Compensation for this internship will be $25 per hour.
Position Overview
The Finance Intern will provide financial insight and analyses to support management decision making for the Americas Region. This role will support the Finance team in daily and monthly activities as well as provide support for the annual financial budget creation.
Key Accountabilities
Americas Reporting and Analysis
- Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly sales reporting
- Expenses Reporting/Analysis:
- Assist with the review of expense accounts for accuracy
- Submit monthly accruals and reclasses; work closely with accounting to ensure necessary adjustments are made
- Assist with monthly expense variance analysis for both accounting and financial support, suggest revised forecasts where necessary
- Support market and office teams to analyze performance through both standardized and ad hoc reporting.
Americas Budget and Analysis
- Support finance team in preparation for the annual budget.
- Create reporting which will be utilized during the budget process.
Other Responsibilities
- Prepare scheduled and ad hoc reporting and other financial analyses to support sales, staffing, operating and development initiatives as needed
- Work on special projects as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance in process
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Basic analytical skills
- Ability to interact effectively with management
- Self- motivated with a strong drive for achievement
Preferred
- Previous retail or consumer goods internships
- Knowledge of Business Objects, Hyperion and other Tiffany systems
