Internship Program
Immerse yourself in the world of Tiffany through our U.S. Summer Internship Program. As part of our esteemed Summer 2025 Class, you will embark on an unforgettable ten-week journey that begins with an exclusive two-day orientation in New York City — the birthplace of Tiffany & Co. During the ten weeks, you will delve into the dynamic world of luxury jewelry through on-the-job learning, exploration of the intricate facets of our business, and networking opportunities with Tiffany leaders and fellow interns alike. • Dates: The internship will run from June 2, 2025 to August 8, 2025. Selected interns are expected to be available for work for the entire 10-week program.
• Location: This position will be based out of our Parsippany, NJ.
• Salary: Compensation for this internship will be $25.00 per hour.
The Industrial Systems team in IT is responsible for supporting jewelry and diamond manufacturing processes within our ERP and other systems. We are looking for an enthusiastic, curious and talented student to join us in Summer 2025. You will have the opportunity to work with our Industrial IT team and business partners to understand in detail the inner workings of jewelry & diamond manufacturing processes. As a Software Engineering intern, you will dive into a developing systems and business process flows and thereby gain solid knowledge of how processes interact. You will apply analytical and creative skills to identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Work with IT and business teams to understand current state business processes
- Develop business and systems process flows
- Develop procedural documents
- Analyze complex data sets and identify patterns and data integrity issues
- Engage in IT projects and report on observations
- Participate in events with other interns across the various business
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or a related technical field
- Expert with the MS Office suite
- Strong communication and written skills
- Strong organization skills
Preferred:
- Process flow documentation tools such as MS Visio
- Demonstrate record of strong academic performance
- Experience with or exposure to ERP systems, SQL
- Able to work autonomously and show initiative on tasks
- Possess strong communication skills and are a curious and active listener
