Job Summary:
This role will utilize data-driven insights to optimize our affiliate network, generate high-quality leads, and drive revenue growth. Additionally, this position offers the opportunity to explore and test new growth channels, including influencer marketing, strategic partnerships, and emerging performance marketing channels. The ideal candidate will be result oriented with a strong analytical mindset. Prior experience in digital marketing strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Affiliate Performance: Analyze affiliate network performance using KPIs aligned with company goals to maximize ROI on affiliate marketing investments.
Data & Insights: Collaborate with data analytics and engineering teams to share compliant performance data with affiliate partners, improving lead quality.
Partnership Management: Keep affiliate partners informed on the latest products and promotions while fostering strong, mutually beneficial relationships.
New Partnership Development: Identify, test, and onboard new affiliate partners to expand lead generation and revenue opportunities.
Growth Opportunities: Leverage a test-and-learn approach to explore additional growth channels, such as influencer marketing, to diversify customer acquisition strategies.
Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with analytics, creative, and operations teams to integrate affiliate initiatives into broader marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
Proven ability to leverage data for problem-solving.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Analytics, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data, generate insights, and drive strategy.
3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related field required.
Experience managing affiliate partnerships and understanding the affiliate marketing ecosystem (preferred).
Familiarity with database management, web analytics, and statistical analysis (preferred).
A passion for experimentation with a structured testing approach.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
