The Lead UX Designer is the creative point-of-contact and project lead for the client's consumer-focused digital experiences across web, mobile, apps for both consumer and internal audiences.
Innovation, collaboration, leadership and a strong focus on meeting customer needs are key to success in this role.
Lead UX Designer Requirements
Break down larger vision for every project into week-to-week design tasks for the project team
Guide project activities, strategy, and timeline
Lead project team's design of compelling UX assets and prototypes that convey product vision, flow and features
Collaborate with developers, project managers and other internal teams to get designs into production
Work with UX research to define 3-year vision for projects
Help identify project requirements and include into team's product roadmap
Build relationships with UI designers and marketing
Act as thought partner and right-hand to Associate Director for each project
Mentor more junior UX designers
Lead UX Designer Responsibilities
Portfolio of strong UX design
6+ years experience in UX design, especially complex enterprise, consumer-facing and across different channels
Proven experience leading projects and teams
Strong communication and collaboration
Tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, Principle, Framer, etc.

Our client offers medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees can enroll in the companys 401k plan, as well as a deferred compensation plan. Employees will also receive eight hours of vacation leave every month and twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year, and will be able to purchase company stock, are eligible for annual bonuses, and can participate in profit sharing.
