Our non-profit client is seeking a Director of Digital Experience. This role is HYBRID, in office 1 day per week, and freelance for 3 months, with the possibility to convert to Full-Time thereafter.

The Director of Digital Experience will support development and execution of an integrated digital strategy across the organizations digital channels, including email, web, social media, and online advertising, to grow/build a robust digital marketing engine for our client.

Director of Digital Experience Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain inbound marketing strategies across multiple digital channels such as email, web, paid media and SEO/SEM
Lead strategic marketing through email campaign set-up, scheduling, testing, tagging and deployment of one-time, recurring, automated, and dynamic content-driven campaigns and journeys.
Drive email marketing efficiency through effective segmentation and list management.
Create email, website and social media user experience paths to grow database and improve engagement.
Support client's partnerships on outbound marketing and paid media strategy, including tracking and performance analysis
Analyze key performance indicators across digital channels (web, social, email, SEO/SEM, digital advertising) to generate actionable insights and continually optimize inbound marketing programs.

Director of Digital Experience Requirements:

4+ years experience with inbound marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, data analytics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
Proficient knowledge of Hubspot, Wordpress and Google Analytics.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to HTML templates, list segmentation and other aspects of email execution, as required.
Ability to excel in a fast paced, cross-functional environment while able to manage time effectively and consistently meet deadlines
Experience with customer acquisition and retention strategies and/or loyalty programs
