Day to Day:
- MFA Rollout: Support the continual rollout of existing and new MFA features (e.g., Security USB Keys, physical badges, MFA for Desktop, third factor authenticator).
- Documentation: Produce end-user documentation for new functionalities.
- Troubleshooting: Aid in troubleshooting MFA and identity verification issues.
- Collaboration: Work with security engineering teams, product management, Corporate Communications, Global Service Desk, and Identity Defense teams.
- Communication: Clearly communicate the steps for adoption and the value proposition of new features.
- Data Management: Manage data using Excel reporting and incident management systems like BMC Remedy.
- Training: Quickly grasp cybersecurity concepts and protocols as part of on-the-job training.
- Customer Support: Troubleshoot with customers in a calm and effective manner.
Must Have:

- Strong technical writer experience
- Excellent communication skills
- JIRA and BMC Remedy experience
- Understanding process flow and working with end users
