Title: JD Edwards Work Force Management (WFM) Senior BA - IT Location: Remote Duration: Full Time Must Haves:
  • Bachelor's degree from accredited university in business, MIS, or equivalent field. Additional years' experience can be used to substitute for degree.
  • Must have 3+ years of experience configuring JDE WFM, specifically in payroll and employee management, along with 7+ years as a Business Systems Analyst supporting an ERP.

    Required experience includes JD Edwards 9.0 or higher and the following WFM areas:

    • Payroll setup (taxes, unions)
    • Parallel payroll
    • Time entry
    • Service billing
    • General Ledger
    • Employee management (ensuring proper setup for correct salary bands).
Responsibilities:
  • Detailed functional knowledge of JD Edwards WFM business process model.
  • Ability to derive requirements for process change/addition to applications using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, and task and workflow analysis.
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, and distinguish nice to have from the underlying true needs.
  • Participate in development and maintenance of thorough, current functional and systems documentation, business process flow diagrams, and end user training materials.
  • Participate in the development and execution of well-designed test plans, testing activities, and test data.
  • Participate in data conversion and merger/acquisition activities.
  • Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • This position is targeted for individuals who are considered a Subject Matter Expert for all sub-processes for the WFM and related modules of JD Edwards.
