About the Role

Supports the design, development, and implementation of change programs rooted in behavioral science.



Your Impact

- Supports the design, development, and implementation of change management plans that use leadership, communication, training, and coaching to help leaders and employees adopt, embrace, and become proficient with new technology, behaviors, and workflows.
- Participates in developing message maps, communication materials, and other change deliverables.
- Collaborates with Transformation Team colleagues to integrate communications and training materials with the design / branding approach, change / communication strategy, and program objectives.
- Assists in measuring feedback, behavior, and opinions (e.g., through surveys, interviews, focus groups) to assess change progress and barriers.
- Collects and applies feedback from internal and external clients to continuously improve processes and personal performance.



About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 3 to 5 years of related experience.
- Familiarity with communication, training, and change management methodologies.
- Clear, effective, precise written and verbal communication.
- Strong MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel.
- Survey design and associated data analysis.
- Ability to prioritize multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Relationship building and customer service.
- Presentation skills.
- Teamwork and collaboration.
- Curiosity and continuous learning.
- May require up to 20% travel to client sites, including overnights (valid driver's license and acceptable driving record necessary).

We are providing the anticipated base salary range for this role: $54,460-81,550 annually
