About the Role
- Job Title: Lead.Net Developer
- Location:Plano, 75024
Key Responsibilities
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development using Angular, .NET, and .NET Core
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong knowledge of Angular framework and its best practices
- Expertise in .NET framework and C#
- Experience with Azure is a must
- Experience with .NET Core and RESTful API development
- Familiarity with database technologies, such as SQL Server or MySQL
- Knowledge of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities in a remote work environment
- Experience in the Banking domain is preferred
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Desired Qualifications
- Good communication skills
- Work as a team player
- Can work independently from a documented story or task
- Comfortable in both a SCRUM and KanBan environment
- Able to operate in some degree of uncertainty
- Open to new approaches
Position Information
This position is eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions for this position are estimated to be based on individual performance. Additionally, this role is also eligible for a bonus based on the achievement of mutually agreed KRAs.
