Our client is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their team and contribute to the design of world-class digital experiences across their portfolio of websites, mobile applications, and digital platforms. The Senior Product Designer will focus on crafting intuitive and engaging experiences that resonate with users on both practical and emotional levels. The role requires a holistic approach to design, blending expertise in user experience (UX) and interface design (UI) to create complete product solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a designer passionate about creating high-quality, user-centered digital products across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Design original, elegant, and useful digital experiences for users across web, mobile, and native applications (iOS and Android).

  • Apply a broad range of design capabilities from concept to execution and final implementation.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, technology, and consumer insights, to bring designs to life.

  • Ensure that final product development aligns with design specifications and delivers exceptional user experiences.

  • Leverage evolving design patterns and contribute to refining design standards.

  • Advocate for the user perspective by incorporating guest feedback into the design process and exceeding expectations.

  • Communicate design recommendations to leadership through sketches, wireframes, design specifications, and prototypes.

  • Present work to executive stakeholders and clearly articulate the design process and rationale.

  • Lead the design of emerging product experiences, including conversational interfaces, AR/VR, and 3D environments (a plus).

  • Provide guidance to junior team members and maintain a high level of collaboration within the team.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience as an end-to-end multidisciplinary product designer, with strengths across interaction and visual design.

  • Proven experience working with premium brands in industries such as e-commerce, hospitality, or food & beverage services.

  • Strong background in collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and ship customer-facing digital products.

  • Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions.

  • Expertise in creating user-centered designs and interactive prototypes.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with a portfolio showcasing impactful design work.

  • Experience with motion design and animation is a plus.

Education:

  • Required: 2-year college degree or equivalent.

  • Preferred: 4-year college degree.

Compensation:

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $56.11 to $62.34 per hour. Compensation is based on several factors, including education, relevant work experience, certifications, and location.
