SUMMARY: This position provides executional support our brand in delivering Data-Driven Experiences (DDx) and Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) programs. With a strong focus on project management and campaign execution, the role works closely with internal cross-functional teams to implement CRM activations that enhance an omnichannel customer experience. The CRM programs leverage customer data to increase loyalty, engagement, and sales through targeted marketing efforts such as email, direct mail, text messaging, paid media, and the brand’s App.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

CRM Campaign Development and Execution:

  • Support the development and execution of CRM strategies through targeted, journey-based marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and conversion.
  • Manage and communicate the CRM campaign calendar, coordinating activities across Stores, Streets (offline marketing), and eCommerce channels, ensuring alignment with key brand initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the DDx/CRM Team to streamline communication and ensure the seamless execution of strategic CRM programs.
  • Partner with CRM agencies to set up campaigns and deliver assets for deployment across email, SMS, paid media, and direct mail to targeted customer segments.
  • Ensure all relevant stakeholders are notified before campaign deployment and that alignment is maintained throughout the process.
  • Organize third-party vendor billing and manage relationships across functional teams to support execution.

Analysis & Optimization:

  • Review and analyze campaign performance reports from CRM agencies and internal data sources to measure success.
  • Present ad hoc analysis and performance insights to internal stakeholders to support ongoing campaign improvements.
  • Monitor key campaign metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and unsubscribe rates, to optimize CRM best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date on CRM trends, tools, and technologies by monitoring competitors and retail industry benchmarks.

Customer Acquisition & Database Maintenance:

  • Support the quality and ongoing maintenance of the customer database, implementing necessary updates and upgrades.
  • Brainstorm and execute new customer acquisition strategies to grow an active and engaged customer base.
  • Collect and analyze internal feedback to ensure campaign execution aligns with expectations and goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing. Experience in brand management and CRM is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Strong project management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand financial performance and ROI metrics.
  • A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to work with all levels of management, brand partners, and external vendors.
  • Ability to provide clear creative direction and feedback to ensure compelling and visually impactful messaging.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $35.64 to $39.61 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
