Job Description:
Immediate Openings: Variable Fleet Coordinators
Location: Forest Park, GA
Duration: 6-Month Contract to Hire

Must-Haves:
- Authorized to work in the US
- Valid Drivers License & Clean Driving Record
- High School Diploma
- 6+ Months of Rental Car Experience (managing at least 50 vehicles)
- Ability to be on your feet for the majority of the day
- Strong Customer Service Skills
Hours:
- Full-Time: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (some weekends and holidays may be required with OT)
- Part-Time: 20-30 hours/week (consistent schedule)
Pay Rate: $25/hr, with potential to earn up to $53K annually
A Day in the Life:
- Manage key aspects of variable fleet units (delivery vehicles)
- Conduct detailed pre and post in-service inspections of the fleet
- Coordinate light detailing, washing, and cleaning of fleet units
- Schedule corrective mechanical and body repairs with third-party vendors, as agreed upon by Buyer, Vendor, and Customer
- Ensure returned units are refueled
- Foster relationships with clients, vendors, and fleet personnel to maintain fleet health
- Schedule and maintain records of all activities, whether completed by Vendor or managed by a third-party vendor
- Collaborate with Buyer and Customer to improve the program and create greater efficiencies
Requirements:
- 1+ years managing rental or fleet vehicles with an understanding of repair, maintenance, and customer service
- 2-5 years of customer service or client account management experience, preferably in a B2B service environment
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to drive and be on your feet for up to 8 hours
- - Availability on weekends and some holidays
