The Team
We are seeking a Systems Administrator to join American Tower’s U.S. Tower division’s Data and Digital Solutions team, a multifunctional team delivering process optimization, technology solutions, data management, and reporting analytics for all groups within U.S. Tower. You will manage non-financial system applications utilized by more than 2,000 employees and 10,000 external users. You will be the primary system administrator, configuring applications, designing and implementing enhancements to the core system, fulfilling ongoing maintenance requests, and serve as either a subject matter expert or provider of secondary support. You will work closely with functional teams and leaders to develop and maintain the operational infrastructure, including setting goals and tracking and troubleshooting issues.
What You Can Offer Us
- Perform preproduction planning; support the gathering of business requirements and the design, testing, and implementation of IT solutions that meet established requirements and standards.
- Analyze needs and recommend effective solutions to meet user and business objectives.
- Analyze and correct complex functional and data issues and develop solutions and workarounds.
- Develop and prepare training materials and provide support for system user training workshops; present new systems, features, and enhancements; provide one-on-one training.
- Act as a primary point of contact for providing technical support and troubleshooting of supporting applications.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You Need to Succeed
- Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum of 2 years of system administration experience required.
- Experience working with Siterra or Salesforce applications preferred.
- Three years of customer service experience preferred.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
- Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to achieve results effectively and professionally.
- Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.
