Adapt Integrated Health Care is looking for an Adult Residential Assistant to join their team!

- Clinical supervision toward licensure is available.
RA’s provide behavioral supervision and milieu support to adults in a residential environment.
Primary Responsibilities;
- Provide transportation to authorized functions.
- Enforce residence schedule and rules & chart and log activities and events that occur while on duty.
- Provide emergency intervention as appropriate.
- Act as receptionist and provide information to residents and outside callers.
- Monitor and chart medications; monitor supplies and recommend requisition of same.
- Assist Adult Outpatient unit with urinalysis administration.
- Adhere to schedule as written.
- Supervise family visits and recreational activities.
- Provide a stable environment for adults who suffer with mental health issues and chemical dependency.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Interest in Human Services.
