Job Summary
The Wound Care Registered Nurse assesses patients, establishes diagnoses, and creates healthcare plans. They observe and evaluate patient responses. This role ensures patient safety during healthcare journeys by understanding patient needs and assisting with encounters.

- Conduct clinical assessments maintaining the highest standard of practice.
- Be proactive in designing, implementing, and evaluating nursing care plans.

- Build therapeutic relationships with both patient and family.

Qualifications
- Completion of an associates degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of (3) three years of relevant nursing experience.
- Holding an effective Registered Nurse licensure
- Must have Basic Life Support certification or obtain it within 30 days of starting the job.
