Provide design support for client customers and partners designing and building apps and services. Designer must be highly skilled in producing UX mockups, wireframes, user journeys/workflows, protoypes and other related design deliverables. Designer must also have excellent communication skills as they will be working directly with high-value client partners/customers. This role provides the opportunity to work on fluent design systems and experiment with teams; collaborative and open-minded team. Sponsor is open to train new grads for role as well.

Responsibilities:

• Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is partners and customers on envisioning integration on 365, teams, word, copilot, etc.
• Key projects: This role will contribute to design work.
• Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of 90% design work, UX end to end workflows. 10% Planning meetings and engagement with PMs.

Experience:

• Years of Experience Required: 0-4 overall years of experience in the field.
• Degrees or certifications required: Figma experience and background in UX experience
• Disqualifiers: job hopping.
• Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain portfolio.
• Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on meeting deadlines and quality of work.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $53.69 to $59.66 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
