Unit Coordinator - Outreach

We are looking for an energetic, passionate, confident, and skilled person that wants to work in an environment that makes a difference and is different every day. In this important role, the Unit Coordinator - Outreach will work with Clubhouse members to create an “Outreach Team” that would visit individuals who are struggling to attend the Clubhouse with the goal of engaging with the member to return to attending in-person programs and events.

This position will also take the lead in developing effective ways for members to participate in the Clubhouse virtually. Experience using Zoom and other methods for virtual integration is a plus, but not required. The ideal candidate will be comfortable using various forms of social media. All staff share responsibilities of advocating for Clubhouse members related to: employment, housing, education, life skills, dual recovery and social opportunities.

This role requires great flexibility as you will work one-on-one and in groups. Our ideal team member would be someone that is passionate about food and sharing this with others. An opportunity to engage program participants in social and event planning, health and wellness activities, and assisting in other unit tasks related to food services.
