Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and data-minded Technical Project Manager with expertise in microwave, transport engineering to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of microwave technology and its applications in construction projects, and will be responsible for outlining the entire process from microwave to router and optics.

- Knowledge and experience with Granite (CND) circuit database

- IP knowledge and understanding of routing / assigning IPs

- Digital Communications including: Fiber, Ethernet

- Microwave experience including: ALU/Nokia MPR9500

- Proficient in office computer applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.

- Decision making skills (by making appropriate use of all available information and data; anticipating the future and preparing accordingly.

- Must be self-motivated, show initiative, and be able to work independently.

- Strong interpersonal and communications skills needed.

- Need to be highly productive and pay close attention to detail.

- Familiarity with engineering and engineering economic principles preferred.

- Optical Transport systems including: ALU/Nokia 7705 & IXRe routers

-Gather and analyze data related to microwave systems and provide actionable insights to the construction team.

-Create detailed microwave diagrams and outline the process from microwave to router and optics.

-Ensure construction have clear instructions on what to order and how to integrate microwave technology.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.

-Understand the entire chain of microwave transport engineering and map out the process.

-Compile data into Excel spreadsheets, including PCN, bill of materials, and purchase orders.
