Systems Engineer - Collaboration Engineering (Hybrid)

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Systems Engineer with subject matter expertise with Workplace Collaboration systems including:

  • Office 365 - Hybrid Exchange, OneDrive, Purview, Global Relay, Modern Apps, App Registration and Power Platform

The candidate will be joining a very dynamic environment where they will be expected to take on challenges, be able to comfortably multitask, prioritize many different project/daily tasks and deliver on time. The candidate is expected to be able to independently lead projects from start to end (technology research, tool selection, solution design, solution engineering, testing, implementation and hand over to operations).

Innovation and the eagerness to continuously keep up to date with the most cutting-edge technologies are among the key qualities that this candidate must have.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer requirements and challenges and recommend suitable and optimal technology solution
  • Develop POC's and Minimal Viable Product (MVP) to demonstrate capabilities of M365 Product Suite that includes M365 Viva suite , Exchange Online, Intune, and 3rd party integration via GraphAPI
  • Develop and manage Purview Retention policies to support legal/compliance requirements with evolving M365 Suite
  • Develop, manage and maintain Intune mobile device policies for BYO/Corporate device, support 3rd party app integrations with use of GraphAPI access.
  • Firm understanding of PowerShell script to support automation in Azure Automation and ServiceNow platforms.
  • Support M&A, tenant to tenant, G-Suite migrations using tools such as BitTitan and native M365 migration tools
  • Manage and maintain Hybrid Exchange messaging environment

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience on M365 platform
  • Hands on Development Experience with Microsoft Cloud technologies such as Azure, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Azure Automation, GitHub and PowerShell
  • Firm understanding of AZURE AD/Entra concepts/interdependencies with M365
  • Experience supporting M365 migrations as it relates to OneDrive, Exchange and SharePoint
  • Experience with e-discovery concepts, enterprise archives such as Enterprise Vault, Global Relay or M365 Purview
  • Experience managing mobile device management platform for Ios/Android platforms
  • Experience managing Hybrid Exchange environment
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and agile environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Workweek and Hours:

40 hours - Mon - Fri. Shift flexibility is required depending on business requirements. Must be flexible to work additional hours as required to meet project deadlines.

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring hourly range for this position is $86,500 to $125,500, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location.
