About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced supply chain analyst to lead and enhance our operational processes through project management and advanced data analytics.
  • This role requires a deep understanding of end to end supply chain functions, data analysis, ERP tools, and supply chain management software.
  • The successful candidate will take complete ownership of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.

Job Title:Supply Chain Analyst V

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current warehouse operations processes for inefficiencies and bottlenecks. Propose and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and oversee the implementation of supply chain systems and other new technologies that enhance inventory tracking, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.
  • Project Ownership: Take full ownership of projects, overseeing all aspects from planning to execution, ensuring they meet quality standards and are delivered on time. .
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Regularly engage with suppliers and internal teams to ensure alignment and address any issues promptly.
  • Prepare and lead key vendor QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) for leadership.
  • Meeting Management: Organize and conduct regular sync meetings, including weekly and bi-weekly team updates, to ensure transparency and keep all stakeholders informed of project progress and operational changes.
  • Work with data intelligence teams to develop metrics dashboards, providing real-time visibility into performance metrics and enabling informed decision-making.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross functional teams and senior management to align projects with organizational goals and adjust strategies based on operational data insights.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain fields, data analytics and project management within an operations or logistics environment.
  • Strong proficiency in supply chain processes and ERP systems
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and manage a diverse team of stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of presenting complex data in a clear and persuasive manner.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong data Analysis and Reporting: Ability to utilize advanced analytics to drive insights from operational data, focusing on improving efficiency and reducing downtime.
  • Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
  • Proven track record of improving supply chain or logistics operations through data-driven insights.
  • Experience in conducting Quarterly Business Reviews and managing supplier relationships.
  • Knowledge of EDI and familiarity with ASN data management.
  • Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, negotiation skills and interpersonal skills.

Location: Fremont, CA (Fully Onsite)

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $93,600 - $124,800 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
