The Administrative Services department has an internship opportunity in their Purchasing function.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Current college students (sophomore, junior, and seniors) majoring in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Pre-law, or English
• Career interest in supply chain and/or procurement
• Prefer GPA 3.5 or higher
• Strong relationship building skills
• Strong initiative, learning agility and ability to work in the “grey”
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Enjoys working with others one-on-one and in group settings, both face-to-face and virtually
• Contributes to project groups and committees by completing tasks and activities; evaluates and makes recommendations on activities or projects

Internship Program Eligibility: To be eligible for an internship, candidates must be in an undergraduate or post-graduate program with a graduation date of August 2025 or later.

What You Can Expect:

• Dates of internship: May 19, 2025 – August 1, 2025
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 38.75 hours per week
• Due to the short duration of the summer program, it is an expectation that hired interns will be available for the duration of the summer internship with little to no disruption in work schedule.
• Hourly Rate: $22.00/hour. In addition, selected interns will be eligible for a $2,000 stipend (minus applicable taxes)!
• Location: This position will be in a hybrid work environment located in Bloomington, IL or Tempe, AZ
• Selected interns should plan to spend time working from home and some time working in the office as part of our hybrid work environment. Please note that relocation benefits will not apply.
