Your MissionAs Strategy & Ops Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization and mission. As an early employee, you will work closely with our CEO and Aonic's broader team to drive high-impact projects, including leading our missions (departments, such as Operations, Medical Science, Member Growth) while also covering other fundamental areas such as hiring, strategy, and fundraising.
Your Responsibilities
  • Launch and drive key strategic projects, including one of our missions: You will be owning and driving key projects for Aonic that will have a critical role in the company and our broader mission.
  • Act as a trusted partner to the CEO: You will be a thought and sparring partner to the Founder & CEO of the company. You will be joining important meetings with key internal and external stakeholders and get a front-row seat into the scaling of the company from 0 to 1 and beyond.
  • Support in building a world-class team: You will be responsible for supporting the build-out of an effective CEO team that enables the success of the company.
  • Support with internal and external stakeholder communications: From internal announcements with employees to reaching out to new investors, you will be responsible for important communications across the company.
  • Lead Aonic to future success: You share the responsibility to develop the overall strategy of the company and closely work with other C-Levels to continuously improve the offering and performance of the organization. You attract, inspire and develop a world-class team and are a driving force to shape Aonic's culture.
  • Recruit world-class talent for our team: As Aonic focuses on building a world-class team to build world's leading ecosystem for proactive health, you will work closely with the CEO in building a rockstar team. Your support will go from hiring to onboarding, and will also involve fostering our company values across the organization.

Your Profile
  • 2-5 years of experience in high-performance environments: Either straight from university or with early experience in high-growth companies, investment banking, or consulting.
  • Top performer with an ability to execute autonomously: You are a results-oriented jack of all trades who is able to prioritize projects effectively. You can execute independently while knowing how to work with fast-moving teams.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven, coupled with street smartness, customer obsession and eagerness to develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs.
  • You care about our mission: Interest in functional consumer goods, proactive health, longevity, and AI is a plus.
