The Opportunity

Nutanix, a partner first SaaS organization, seeks an experienced Leader to manage strategic Services Partners alliances to its Professional Services team. You will represent Nutanix to partners, communicate our strategy, sell our vision and bring partners along in the digital transformation journey to develop long-term customer value and platform adoption.

The Global Professional Services organization spans across all regions (Americas, Europe, APAC & India) and is led by its Group Vice President - Professional Services. The Enablement team within Nutanix Professional services is Partner obsessed, and our mission is to build an enthusiastic learning culture based on industry-leading innovation and aligned for measurable business impact. Partners are critical to accelerate Nutanix's growth as a hybrid cloud transformation leader, and to enable our customers and partners to achieve success and thrive. Your Role

Lead a comprehensive education and advocacy program to help global partners sell/deploy Nutanix technology to enterprise customers. Overseeing an online learning academy, large-scale partner events, and in-person field training, you'll closely monitor the impact of these initiatives. Your goal is to ensure strategic partners are knowledgeable about the Nutanix platform, position Nutanix to their customers, and drive adoption of Nutanix technologies. Manage a global team of enablement program managers, advisors, and instructional designers to provide engaging and effective learning channels to customers, partners, and internal employees with a variety of preferred learning styles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Channel Services Relationship Management:
    Establish and maintain strong alliance relationships with strategic technology and consulting partners, including Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), Systems Integrators (SIs), Resellers, and Managed Solutions Providers (MSPs).
  • Drive Partner Success: Analyze partner capabilities and priorities, build, and execute plans, ensure goals are met and investments are made with partners that are committed and capable.
  • Partner Enablement:
    Provide partners with the necessary resources, training, and support to effectively sell and implement Nutanix solutions, ensuring high levels of partner satisfaction and engagement.
  • Channel Expansion:
    Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand our market reach, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and growth targets.
  • Performance Tracking:
    Monitor and analyze partner performance, providing regular reports and insights to internal stakeholders to inform strategy and optimize partner success. Ensure Partners maintain proper certifications on Nutanix technology.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Management, to align on partner strategies, share insights, and drive collaborative success.


What You Will Bring

Bachelors Degree and 10+ years related experience

The ideal candidate will possess both a business background that enables them to drive strategic engagements and interact at the executive level. He/she should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about the mission, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions for their partner(s).

This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, instructional design expertise, and leadership capabilities to drive an impactful learning experience that contributes to customer satisfaction, retention, and advocacy.


The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 207,520 and USD $ 413,400 per year.

However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
