Volt is immediately hiring a Remote Logistics Analyst in Sacramento, California with a well-known industry leader.

This is a first shift position.

As a Logistics Analyst will:

Investigate order status, deal with complaints and shipment discrepancies.
Looking for someone willing to problem solve and investigate.
Execute export processes and transactions
Assist in resolving export discrepancies
Proactively monitor export orders
Respond to export order inquiries
Invoicing

Estimated Duration up to 24+ months.

The ideal candidate will have:

Bilingual-English and Spanish is preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills with active listening.
Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns.
Familiarity with shipping methods, freight forwarding, and tracking shipment through the export process.
Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise druing the export process.
Ability to collaborate and work with internal departments like logistics and compliance to ensure smooth export processes.
4 year degree in Business, Supply Chain, simliar.

Pay Rate: $29.00 per hour
