Based on our internal equity review process, the starting salary for this position will be $17.75
The current full hourly range for this position is $17.75 - $29.41
This position is key to fostering a thriving athletic experience and supporting the development of our community's athletes! As a Site Monitor, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our many athletic facilities around Tacoma. Your responsibilities will include opening and closing facilities, supervising activities, and ensuring compliance with the rules and policies of Metro Parks Athletics. You'll work under the guidance of the program coordinator to provide indoor and outdoor opportunities throughout the year. Your role is essential in ensuring that everything runs efficiently and that participants adhere to the established standards.
