Full Job Description

We are seeking a Site Merchandising Specialist to join our clients growing North America Digital business and help develop and execute the category strategy for their digital platforms. In this role, you will focus on presenting and merchandising products to consumers on their website and within the clients Apps. The ideal candidate will have sharp attention to detail, a passion for e-commerce, curiosity about marketplace trends, a strong interest in analytics, and excellent communication skills.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As a Site Merchandising Specialist, you will collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, planning, brand, and membership teams to connect seasonal assortments with category marketing campaigns. You’ll analyze reports and pull insights to share with leadership and key partners, contributing to business growth. Responsibilities include ensuring seasonal product readiness, creating collections, auditing the consumer journey, supporting marketing campaigns, and maintaining internal keyword searches. Using data and analytics, you will optimize the consumer experience across the clients digital platforms.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-3 years' experience in digital commerce or retail
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve discrepancies
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities under tight timelines
  • Experience working cross-functionally is recommended
  • Analytical mindset with a curiosity for e-commerce and digital retail

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $35 to $37 hourly. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
