Take ownership for the production of our products

As a Shop Operator, based at our brand-new facility, you will support the production of our unique non-metallic piping products. You will become an expert in monitoring the building of our cutting-edge equipment and ensuring the highest quality. You will be part of a collaborative team and ensure successful delivery of customer requirements.

As a Shop Operator, you will be responsible for:

Monitoring and overseeing production runs to ensure correct operational settings and to prevent machine stoppages
Preparing set up activities of tape machines to fulfill production schedule and to ensure readiness for piping products
Reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings to ensure it reflects the quality standards of the product
Conducting inspections and assisting in maintaining production logs to review quality and to record and report any issues
Maintaining 5S standards when performing tasks and operating motorized equipment to ensure safety and compliance

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will have:

High School Diploma or equivalent level of education and hands on-experience in operating mechanical machines
Display a mechanical aptitude or an enthusiasm to learn and develop your skill set in a hands-on environment
Excellent communication skills and the ability to be a valuable team player
Show a basic understanding of IT such as MS Office and a desire to learn new software
Be able to work a consistent shift that helps you balance your life and family commitments
