Your role in our mission - Monitor the security tools and systems that defend ServiceNow's production and corporate environment
- Determine relationships between seemingly unrelated events through deductive reasoning
- Come up with ways to do things faster, better and more effectively
- You will work with teams to maintain up-to-date baselines for the secure configuration and operations of all in-place devices, whether they be under direct control (i.e., security tools) or not (i.e., workstations, servers, network devices, etc.).
- You will participate as an escalation contact in the On-Call rotation, to ensure that Security Operations can respond to priority incidents
- You may be called upon to assist with the deployment, integration and initial configuration of new security solutions or enhancements to existing security solutions; including network, and systems to improve overall platform security.
What we're looking for - 3+ years of experience in using IRM, SIR, VR and other SecOps modules.
- 3+ years of experience using ServiceNow Platform authentication mechanisms defined within the instance using JavaScript, HTML, XML, SAML 2.0, LDAP or OAuth2.0.
- 3+ years of experience on vulnerability tools like Qualys, Nessus or equivalent.
- One or more of the following certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Risk and Compliance, ServiceNow Security Incident Response and/or ServiceNow Vulnerability Response.
- Security industry related certifications a plus - GSEC, GCIH, CEH, GCIA or CISSP certification.
What you should expect in this role

The pay range for this position is $88,800.00 - $126,900.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
