Senior Manager, Transformation Operational Efficiency wanted by a wireless & broadcast communications system provider in Coral Gables, FL.
Manage and drive various projects that will have significant impact on operations, customers, and other internal and external stake holders. Lead and oversee implementation of strategic projects designed to meet business objectives of the company. Lead teams delivering projects that span across one or more functional areas or countries and define deliverables, manage resourcing, craft schedules, conduct financial and benefit analyses, and solve issues and risks to ensure successful deliveries. Brainstorm with team members to identify and prioritize opportunities and efficiencies throughout the region. Ensure projects proceed according to timelines, meeting targets and expectations and adhering to established operating parameters. Develop and issue key performance indicators that properly communicate the status of the initiatives and projects. Provide appropriate communication with and between project teams and management. Promote operational excellence concepts and continuous improvement behaviors. Travel to LatAm markets from time to time.
Requires: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in business administration, finance, or a closely related field plus 5 years of work experience in job offered or Business Unit Manager. Requires 5 years of work experience with/using the following (which may have been gained concurrently):
• Project management concepts and process improvement
• Developing, implementing, and tracking business services improvements
• Managing business flows and balancing scorecards
• Identifying improvement demands, matching with available resources, and IOI prioritization
• Developing and designing business models
• Leading and supervising interdisciplinary teams
