Job Summary:
The Senior HRIS Analyst, provides support and maintenance of the Human Resource Management System (Workday) as well as other HR related systems. This position serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. This position also facilitates and leads major HRIS-based projects in line with the overall HR goals and Project Plans Translate business objectives and user needs into clearly written functional requirements.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. These include, but are not limited to the following:
Partner with business in the design, building, testing, implementation, and troubleshooting of system enhancements and release upgrades
Act as subject matter expert and provide functional support for Workday modules as assigned
Identify areas for improvement in both the processes and systems; continuously research new system functionality/trends and HR best practices
Document and maintain system procedures, user guides, and system updates
Partner with subject matter experts across all subdisciplines (e.g., Benefits, Talent, Payroll, Learning, Finance) to simplify and optimize processes, reduce manual efforts, and enhance business capabilities.
Participate in and lead project requirements gathering sessions with functional subject matter experts, IT and users
Produce effective documentation to capture and communicate business process and requirements in the format of business process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, data definition documents, decision trees, logic diagrams, requirements documents, and user experience flows.
Monitor the Workday community for reported bugs, fixes, and new enhancements relative to implemented modules
Review tasks and seek opportunities to refine processes in conjunction with the HRIS roadmap and leadership.
CANDIDATE SUMMARY
Required Experience:
5+ years’ experience in HRIS administration and configuration experience or similar role
5+ years of experience with Reporting tools
3+ years of experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional environment
Working knowledge of HR systems and processes with a background implementing HR solutions – i.e., familiarity with employee life cycle transactions: new hire onboarding, leaves, employee benefits, terminations, etc.)
Strong knowledge of HRIS database design, structure, functions, and processes, and experience with databases tools
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management ability

Formal Education, Qualifications or Training:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, HR, HRIS, Business or related field or equivalent HR

Incumbent is required to have:
- Close visual acuity to perform detail-oriented activities at distances close to the eyes, as well as visual acuity to perform activities at or within arm’s reach with skill, control, and accuracy, such as preparing and analyzing data, viewing computer screen and expansive reading.

- Inside working conditions: The change of building environment such as with or without air conditioning and heating.
