Full Job Description
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (or a combination of education, training, and experience in lieu of a degree).
- A minimum of 3-5 years' progressive experience in a related field.
- Continuous improvement mentality with the ability to embrace change and a commitment to the high-performing team management model.
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong technical proficiency in the Microsoft product suite.
- Understanding of enterprise resource planning systems, with Hyperion and Oracle e-Business experience.
- Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate across multiple business levels.
- Assist the sales organization with complex deal analysis and structure of terms and conditions.
- Support analysis of customer profitability and headcount productivity metrics to facilitate decision support for the line of business.
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
