As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will work collaboratively within the team and across the organization to support our local colleagues, regional leadership and other stakeholders. This will include:

  • Creating reporting consistency across key commercial topics (revenue, pipeline, client economics, staff deployment, investments, etc.).
  • Enabling best practice sharing of finance processes and reporting across all North America offices.
  • Tracking and analyzing management reporting within North America to identify patterns and improve efficiency.
  • Providing technical support for North America-specific reporting needs.
  • Developing and evolving regional dashboard reporting for leadership and other internal customers.
  • Offering reporting insights into resource deployment strategies, client investment decisions, and client portfolio quality.
  • Providing progress updates and reporting on Key Performance Indicators to executive leadership.

YOU'RE GOOD AT:

  • Developing collaborative working relationships with business partners across teams and levels.
  • Balancing the needs of multiple stakeholder groups to find accommodating solutions for all.
  • Able to prioritize effectively and make strategic decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Looking for opportunities to collaborate, challenge the status quo, and drive reporting innovation.
  • Applying strong analytical skills, judgment, attention to detail, and creativity to solve complex problems.
  • Performing well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing, across different levels of the organization.
  • Organizing and managing multiple competing priorities with a high level of efficiency.
  • Demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning, driven by intellectual curiosity, a desire for professional growth, and openness to feedback.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or Math; MBA or Master's degree a plus
  • 3-5 years of finance-related experience ideal
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; Business Objects, Alteryx, or Tableau experience a plus
  • Prior experience in supporting dashboard solutions or driving process efficiencies a plus
  • Experience in mentoring or leading cross-functional projects.
  • Prior experience in a professional services environment a plus
