Calling all Senior Copywriters with extensive expertise in social-first creative. Our pharmaceutical client is looking for a Copywriter to join their team in a freelance capacity.

This is a 35 hour per week freelance opportunity that will start in December 2024 or January 2025. A Mac and/or Adobe Licenses may be provided to those applicants who need equipment.

Must include social focused samples when applying - ideal is short form video used on social media.

Senior Copywriter Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging short-form video stories for social media, primarily adapting existing scripts or creative concepts for social media
- Develop scripts and content for Direct to Consumer and Healthcare Partners
- Work closely with an Executive Producer, Creative Director, and Designers on social-first tactics, primarily video scripts
- Create copy for social media posts, organic and paid
- Evaluate existing social media copywriting processes and identifying areas of opportunities for efficiencies to obtain quality content with speed to delivery in mind
- Ensure all copy aligns with brand voice
- Engage directly with brands to ensure alignment with strategic direction for social media campaigns and tactics.

Senior Copywriter Must Have Experience:
- Experience script writing short-form video stories for social media
- Experience editing existing scripts for longer, 5-6 minute videos and distilling them down for shorter, 15-30 second or 1-2 minute social media posts
- Experience writing organic and paid social media posts
- Experience with Adobe Firefly

Senior Copywriter Nice to Have Experience:
- Some knowledge of or experience in heavily regulated environments including social media rules and regulations associated
