The Geo Expansion Team provides an exciting opportunity help influence and execute the product launch strategy for our global markets. As SharkNinja continues to expand rapidly across the globe, this team will play a pivotal role in enabling our international growth.  

The Senior Coordinator, GEO Expansion will play an integral role in managing the execution of our product strategy in the EMEA markets. The Senior Coordinator, GEO Expansion will drive project management for on time products to the markets, coordinate closely with cross functional team members on key deliverables, and own the interface to the regional teams and EMEA Distributors. The right individual will have a collaborative working style with an enthusiasm for making connections with cross-functional co-workers, creative problem solving, a strong sense of ownership, and desire to work with international markets. The Senior Coordinator, GEO Expansion will report directly to the Director of Geo Expansion Strategy in Needham HQ. 

The main function of this team will be to ensure that all EMEA NPD projects are being coordinated and executed timely and properly. More specifically, this team’s work will include: 

  • Ownership of Shark and Ninja product roadmaps for respective EMEA countries/Distributors 
  • Project Management of EMEA new product development—including cross-functional collaboration with PMO, PD, Engineering, Compliance, Legal and Marketing, on key deliverables 
  • Serve as SharkNinja internal expert for respective EMEA markets and own interface between HQ and regional teams 

Responsibilities: 

  • Own product roadmap development and delivery for respective EMEA markets; drive decision making to deliver against appropriate NPD timelines 
  • Liaise with EMEA affiliates, and internal Product Development, Program Management, Brand Marketing, Compliance, and Creative departments to ensure timely execution of product launches 
  • Artwork development support – Own artwork list, translation requirements, and User Interface definitions—serve as expert on respective markets and implement strategy by region 
  • Work closely with regional Consumer Insights/ regional marketing teams on product roadmap validation 
  • For each new project, ensure timely delivery of local requirements, including specifications, sell-in materials, marketing and consumer services assets, parts/accessories, and recipes 
  • Work with local legal teams on IP clearance and claims support 
  • Become an expert in the relevant EMEA markets - understand price, positioning, competitive landscape, and market needs; work closely with regional product teams to translate these insights into actions and track against progress and validation 
  • Assist in process establishment/documentation within newly developed organization within SharkNinja

Education and Experience Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in marketing or communications) or equivalent experience  
  • 2-3 years prior Product, Program Management, or Marketing experience  
  • Consumer-packaged goods + International Business experience preferred 
  • Travel possible (1-2 trips/year) 
  • Availability for early morning and evening meetings weekly
