Reporting to the Manager of Change Enablement, you will work with the Connected Shop Floor team, and all impacted Supply Chain groups to implement change strategies, identify direct and indirect stakeholders, establish communication plans and complete other deliverables.
You Will:
- Change Project Support: Plan, execute, and monitor key change projects to ensure successful implementation.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure alignment and coordination of change efforts across the organization.
- Communication: Contribute to the development and implementation of communication strategies to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the change process.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure their involvement and support for change initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation to enhance our change management capabilities.
You Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- We ask that you travel up to 75% to sites across the US
- This position is located in Omaha NE, Chicago IL, and select field locations or remote locations Denver, CO and east and within reasonable proximity (50 miles) to a major airport.

Compensation:
Pay Range:$79,000-$115,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
