Full Job Description
Our client, a digital media agency geared toward public safety, is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their team.
This will be a fully remote, full-time position. This candidate must have prior agency experience.
This Senior Account Manager will be responsible for:
- Proactive account management (inside of companys project management software) to drive deliverables and team activities, ensure on-time deliverable of quality elements identified in the scope of work, manage out of scope requests/recommendations with project management team and client
- Be the quarterback of the account, knowing which work elements are in what stage of development (managing 3-5 accounts at a time)
- Maintain the day-to-day relationship with the client point of contact to ensure client confidence in teams delivery of work plan elements/deliverables
This Senior Account Manager will need:
- 10+ years experience
- Degree in Marketing/Communications/PR (or similar)
- Agency background
- Presentation skills
- Communication skills
- Organizing and Planning skills
- Project Management, Teamwork and MS Excel skills
- Business writing skills
- Meeting management (drive agenda, pacing, brainstorming, capturing to do's, making assignments, clarifying decisions)
- Budgeting concepts to support resource team in invoicing and assigning the work
TIME-OFF BENEFITS:

INSURANCE BENEFITS:
?Option to enroll in either the Anthem HSA plan or the Anthem PPO plan

?Company 401k match up to 4% of salary provided that Employee contributes 5% of salary
?Company matches $1 for $1 for the first 3% of salary, and 50 cents on the dollar for the next 2% of salary
