Harbor Health operates two Elder Service Plan Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), a program that allows frail elders to live in their homes and communities. Our Elder Service Plan has two medical and day centers in Mattapan and Brockton, MA and cares for more than 580 participants.
We are seeking a talented Sales Operations Manager to join our Sales team.

Role:

The Sales Operations Manager is a systems-thinker who enjoys refining and implementing sales processes. The Manager is responsible for meeting or exceeding program growth goals by responding to market opportunities and developing smooth, effective sales methods to reduce inefficiencies in the sales process enabling the marketing team members to be successful in their day-to-day activities.

The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for identifying process points reducing efficiency and customer service and implementing sales process improvements supported by Key Performance Indicators (KPI). The Manager will oversee the implementation of improved processes and monitor continued improvements with key metrics from the CRM to support continued program growth.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to utilize CRM data to respond to evolving market opportunities and have significant experience designing and testing process implementation based upon CRM, KPI and market data to improve the sales process.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the sales pipeline with a goal of streamlining and optimizing the sales process.
  • Analyzes data (KPI) to find and implement the most efficient sales methods using the CRM and market data.
  • Manages Sales team including hiring, supervising, training, coaching, and disciplining as needed.
  • Develops and implements marketing automation program to support sales pipeline development.
  • Discovers sales opportunities through consumer research and CRM data, implement programs to maximize sales in key markets.
  • Works with marketing/program leadership to develop and support organizational goals.
  • Participates in industry or promotional events (e.g., trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships
  • Conducts training in sales techniques, sales process, and company product attributes.
  • Establishes call quality measures and SOP for all segments of the sales process.
  • Assesses sales performance according to KPIs.
  • Monitors competition within assigned region.
  • Prepares and submits reports to the Sales Director and oversees monthly sales reports to assigned contracted vendors.
  • Liaisons with other Elder Service Plan/PACE operations to improve processes and outcomes to support sound financial growth.
  • Supervises Medicaid, Marketing and Enrollment and Sales Support Specialists.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required, Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare administration field preferred
  • 3-5 years of sales, sales management, recruitment, enrollment, insurance, marketing or business development experience required, sales operations experience preferred.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • 1-year of supervisory experience or proven leadership skills
  • Proven problem-solving skills and critical thinking
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated account management or sales success
  • Proven attention to detail. ability to meet deadlines and organize workload
  • CRM software experience required
  • Bilingual a plus! Cape Verdean, Haitian Creole, Spanish or Portuguese desired
  • Proven interest and ability to learn new software programs
  • Must be able to timely travel between all Harbor sites and outside vendors and referring agencies and work occasional evenings
