The Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning Leader is accountable for the whole SIOP cycle, ensuring that each value stream has a balanced load based on shop capacity and that supply signals align with the overall demand in the plant.

As a Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning Leader, you will be responsible for:

Implementing the S&OP process including KPI's and S&OP actions / Measures, controls, and improves S&OP plan accuracy through clearly defined metrics
Working closely with commercial team and product line leaders to understand business trends, opportunities and demand forecast in order to manage 3-5 year forecasts for all product lines
Ensuring demand, supply, and other signals are aligned and communicated to the proper stakeholders
Assisting in creating a capacity planning tool to ensure volume and mix align with business needs
Reviewing and analyzing the forecast demand versus actual demand, understanding changes and trends
Collaborating with Sales and Project Managers to ensure that new product forecasts are included in the aggregate demand
Scheduling and leading monthly S&OP calls (sales forecast, capacity review, operations review, leadership review, etc.)
Assisting with the coordination, facilitation, and documentation of regularly scheduled planning meetings
Creating and drive continuous improvement of demand planning and S&OP processes

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or Logistics
Have a minimum of 5 years experience in S&OP or a supply chain oriented role within a manufacturing environment.
Have great interpersonal and communication skills with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP system
Demonstrate an understanding of financial systems and the key drivers within the manufacturing environment
Have impressive analytical and critical thinking skills
Show the ability to multi-task effectively and balance priorities in an ever changing, fast-moving, time-sensitive environment
