As a Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in providing an exceptional experience to our valued clients. The main objective for a sales associate is to assist customers and make sales of assigned merchandise and transitioning elite clientele to senior sales staff. Position: Retail Sales Associate Job Type: Full-time/Part-time Salary: $18 per hour + 5% commission Benefits: Full medical insurance and paid vacation for full-time employees after a probation period. Responsibilities: Engage with clients, both in-person and over the phone, to provide expert guidance and assistance during the sales process Cooperate and assist senior sales directors as needed during transactions Cultivate and maintain lasting relationships with customers to ensure a personalized and memorable gallery experience Communicate with various departments to ensure smooth and accurate completion of all sales Process all sales transactions through a POS system and providing appropriate paperwork to proper departments Utilize basic computer skills for data entry, inventory management, and customer records.
