Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting mobile homes within the park
- Conduct market research to stay informed about local real estate and mobile home trends
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide expert advice on property values, market conditions, and investment opportunities within the mobile home park
- Prepare and present detailed property listings and park amenities
- Negotiate offers and close transactions efficiently
- Organize and participate in open houses and community events to promote properties and network with potential buyers
Qualifications:
- Valid real estate license in California
- Weekend availability
- Proven track record of successful sales experience (real estate experience preferred, experience with mobile home parks is a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and high level of integrity
- Proficiency in using real estate databases, CRM software, and other technology tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $30.00 per hour
Bonus for Sales or New Leases
Expected hours: 40 per week
