A fast-paced, cutting-edge skin care company is looking for a FREELANCE Project Coordinator to join its team. This is an ONSITE opportunity that starts as soon as next week.

Project Coordinator will support Video + Production for the Creative Operations team!

This position is 35 hours per week and will be ongoing through the end of year + into next year, and may covert to full time employee for the right fit.

Tuesdays and Wednesdays are required in office with the other 1-2 days being flexible.
REQUIREMENTS:

+Manages an upwards of 30 language requests for 3 launch related videos
+Works with paid media team to export retailer and meta-specific outputs from videos
+Manages outputs of CTAs of existing videos for 25 retailers
+Works with marketing team to gather scripts
+Supports team with Digital Asset Management (DAM) and asset uploading to the DAM.
+ Manages comp production, shipping and logistics for photo/video shoots
+Track video localization spend on behalf of global market video requests for future rebilling
Project Coordinator must have:
- 2 years minimum of professional project management experience- Bachelor's degree in related field- Ability to understand creative, marketing, print production, and technical design concepts - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Experience with project management tools
