As a Program Controls Specialist II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing various aspects of project controls for the Building Automation (BA) business unit. You will be accountable for ensuring the successful execution of project scheduling, cost management, risk assessment, and reporting.

You will report directly to our Program Controls Manager, and you'll work at a client site in Queen Creek, AZ full-time onsite. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the efficiency, productivity, and success of our projects within the BA business unit.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement project planning and scheduling strategies
  • Document Control
  • Monitor and control project costs and budgets
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Analyze project performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
  • Ensure compliance with project management standards and best practices

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in program controls, project management, or related roles
  • Strong insight into project management ethics and methodologies
  • Excellent thoughtful and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and people-oriented skills
