Conagra Brands - Centralia, home of Duncan Hines, is looking to add to our production and packaging team. You will work onsite at the Centralia, IL manufacturing plant and report to the production supervisor.

Compensation:

• Starting pay $20.10 / hour plus shift differentials ($0.50 for 2nd shift and $1.00 for 3rd shift)
• medical, dental, vision insurance coverage options available as of date of hire
• vacation time available after 30 days of service / 80 hours total vacation time within first year

You Will:

• Operate production equipment to support the production schedule
• Partner with the line lead to determine opportunities for cross training
• Be able to follow all training documents for job on assigned line
• Participate in cleaning processes
• Communicate with line lead and maintenance to ensure issues with assigned equipment are fixed promptly
• Participation in all plant audits for assigned area
• All other tasks or projects as assigned by the shift supervisor or the operations manager
• report to line lead and production supervisor

You Have:

• high school diploma or GED
• ability to work overtime when needed
• ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, climb stairs, lift up to 50 pounds
