Job Summary

The Source to Pay Manager will oversee the entire S2P process, ensuring effective management of procurement activities from sourcing to payment. This role involves strategic planning, execution, and optimization of procurement processes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency, with a focus on system maintenance and continuous improvement.

Job Description

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement strategies for sourcing, vendor management, catalog management, and preferred supplier compliance cost reduction.
  • Focus on the maintenance and testing of the S2P system, particularly during system upgrades.
  • Continually review buying processes, ensuring integrations function effectively throughout project phases and as new modules are implemented.
  • Oversee the procurement process, including supplier selection, negotiation, contracting and catalog maintenance in S2P system
  • Drive continuous improvement within the S2P system, including holding training sessions for end users and responding to inquiries related to the tool.
  • Responsible for advancing the sourcing aspect of Supplier Diversity initiatives.
  • Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Lead the S2P team, providing guidance and support to achieve procurement objectives.
  • Utilize S2P software to analyze spending, manage supplier performance, maintain supplier catalogs. and streamline procurement workflows.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and best practices in procurement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in maintaining Catalogs in S2P systems such as Coupa
  • Minimum 3-5 years of Sourcing / Source to Pay experience
  • Proven experience in procurement or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the S2P process and best practices.
  • Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Proficient in S2P and procurement software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to execute under changing conditions and tight timelines
  • Experience operating successfully in a highly matrixed environment with a track record of achieving excellent results.
  • An enthusiastic leader, change agent with a professional, positive and energetic attitude.
  • Strong Project Management experience and skills.
  • Very strong oral, written and presentation communication skills in diverse settings: one-on-one as well as small and large groups.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Experience in workflow automation and process improvement.
  • IT Proficiency and experience partnering with IT analysts, architects, etc.
  • Experience working with Indirect Professional Services categories, e.g Marketing, Consulting, Benefits, Legal, etc.
  • Work Experience: At least 2 years of experience directly managing people, including hiring, developing, motivating and directing people as they work Experience in procurement, inventory planning, and/or demand planning.
