Plant Operations Engineering Manager

50 year old successful firm is seeking a key person to lead our manufacturing operation for another generation. Family owned and located in Richmond Virginia.

Facilities to be managed include 150,000 sq ft of buildings with state of the art equipment such as Lincoln welding robots, CNC Euromac turret press , Hydro mech saw, CNC AXYZ routers, EFI HP digital printers, large domain of plotters and applicators, delivery trucks and trailers, iron workers, 13 foot shears, HAAS machining center, metal forming equipment, computerized sewing, ultra sonic welding, screen printing, and fork trucks galore …. all in a clean and neat environment.

Opportunity to oversee the plant operation of a company that is in the traffic control and interstate sign  business serving local, state, and federal government nationwide as well as Fortune 500 commercial companies, utilities, and railroads. The company has quite a history and is composed of 70 people with hundreds of years of experience in a wide market of products including our own patented designs that meet crash and wind tunnel test standards.
