Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Physician Liaison to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding our client base through strategic cold calling, relationship building, and consultative sales techniques. This is an entry-level position designed for individuals who are eager to start their career in healthcare sales and are looking for an opportunity to grow professionally. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales, a passion for healthcare, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Duties:
  • Cold Calling: Proactively identify and reach out to potential healthcare clients through cold calling to introduce our services, and generate new business opportunities.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through diligent research and targeted outreach.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct effective sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our robust multi-specialty group.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers within healthcare organizations.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and address potential challenges.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales manager & team to develop and execute strategic sales plans and achieve sales targets.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to provide insights for improvements and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM software.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales team to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and client engagement.
Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of clinical practices is an advantage to applicants
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in cold calling and generating new business, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled in working with people, building and managing relationships
  • Strong prioritization, organization, data analysis and project management skills
  • Ability to travel locally, during normal work hours, as necessary
  • Ability to self manage and work independently, but take direction from management
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
