Leading retail company is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to join their team. Candidates must be willing to work onsite 5 days per week in Hacienda Heights.

MUST HAVES:
- 3+ years of experience within digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing and advertising on Meta and Google platforms
- Experience with ad optimization, audience targeting, and campaign management
- In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Develop and execute paid media strategies for Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, Shopping) advertising platforms
- Plan and execute media buys, including negotiating rates, securing placements, and managing budgets effectively
- Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and generate actionable insights
- Implement A/B testing and experimentation methodologies to optimize ad creative, messaging, and targeting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, and analytics to align growth initiatives with business objectives

NICE TO HAVES:
- Email marketing experience
