Summary of Responsibilities:

We’re adding a People Services Specialist to our growing team that is responsible for people operations support and serves as a cross-functional partner to ensure compliance and access governance requirements are met for resource provisioning.In this role, you’ll use your bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 3+ years’ experience in human resources, people operations, project/program management support, or related experience to support employee and contingent worker access governance, including on- and off-boarding, technology utilization, compliance training assignment and coordination, and communication with internal and external stakeholders for people operations needs. You will also assist with the collection, organization, management, and analysis of people data to meet business needs and to guide and support proactive, data-driven decision making.

- Detail-oriented with required attention to accuracy when entering data for data quality assurance
- Excellent organizational, task management, and prioritization skills
- Strong follow-up and follow-through
- Ability to identify trends (types of requests, internal department needs and efforts vs. related external access needs) in support of accurate and timely processing
- Customer service-oriented
- Ability to coordinate, communicate, and manage customer and stakeholder expectations and inquiries at various levels, internal and external
- Curiosity and confidence to ask questions when needed, maintain a questioning attitude if aspects of a request do not align or “feel” right, and ability to influence change, as necessary
- Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to handle multiple projects with varying deadlines
- Exercises appropriate judgment and discretion handling sensitive and confidential information
- Experience establishing strong relationships and working collaboratively cross-functionally
- Experience applying and optimizing policies, processes and procedures and supporting a regulatory compliance program is preferred
- Preference for strong analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Proficiency in Workday or similar system preferred
- Ability to learn and understand program technologies, integrations and impact
