Partnerships Implementation & Delivery Manager
Role Summary:
The Partnerships Implementation & Delivery Manager is a critical individual contributor role responsible for advancing airline and loyalty partnership initiatives. The primary focus of this role is to drive revenue, enhance customer loyalty, and ensure a seamless guest experience by effectively managing partnership implementations, expansions, and new feature launches. This position also plays a key role in shaping the long-term strategy for air and loyalty partnerships, broadening opportunities for guests to engage with the Alaska brand.
Key Responsibilities:

Partnership Coordination:
- Lead and coordinate efforts for:
- Launching new partnerships.
- Expanding existing partnerships.
- Addressing and resolving known and discovered issues.
- Launching new features and enhancements related to partnerships.

Project Management:
- Oversee implementation efforts across partnership initiatives.
- Gather requirements, identify stakeholders, and track actions and owners for key launch initiatives.
- Develop and maintain workback plans and testing files to support successful launches.

Stakeholder Engagement:
- Establish and manage a regular meeting cadence with key stakeholders to align priorities and maintain cross-functional collaboration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, driving accountability and clear communication.

Risk & Issue Management:
- Identify, communicate, and address risks, issues, and blockers promptly.
- Lead and track next steps through resolution.

Process Documentation & Communication:
- Document and refine key processes to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Provide proactive communication, including:
- Sending meeting notes and action items.
- Distributing weekly status updates across all active projects.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and deliver against timelines.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive accountability across teams.
- Experience in building workback plans, documenting processes, and managing risks and issues.
- Knowledge of the airline industry, loyalty ecosystems, and/or e-commerce is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with project management tools and methods.

They are adept at creating clarity around processes, ensuring accountability, and meeting communicated launch deadlines. This person is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience in the airline industry, loyalty programs, or e-commerce.
- Familiarity with project management tools and agile methodologies.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $58.00 – 63.00 per hour. Compensation is based on several factors, including education, relevant work experience, certifications, and location.
